Newspapers: Alive, Well and Inviting You In

April 4 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Come inside the Omaha World-Herald to get a behind-the-scenes look at how a newspaper comes to be. Meet the real people behind the real news in our community as well as those who put paper to press. We’ll give you a crash course in interviewing skills – courtesy of some of the finest in the newsroom – and prepare you to interview them in an effort to create your own story. Before you leave you’ll get a tour of the Freedom Center, the World-Herald’s world-class printing and distribution facility. Lunch will be provided.
